Wastewater Treatment Engineer
About This Role
Design upgrades to municipal wastewater treatment facilities including biological nutrient removal systems, clarifiers, and biosolids handling for clients across Georgia and the Southeast. Coordinate with EPA and state regulators on permit compliance. You will serve as technical lead on multiple concurrent projects and mentor a team of 2-3 junior engineers.
Requirements
- PE required.
- 6+ years of wastewater treatment design experience.
- Experience with process modeling tools (BioWin or GPS-X) preferred.
- Strong understanding of NPDES permitting and EPA compliance requirements.
